Thank you for your amazingly quick, efficient service! We get our water from a well/pump. I went turn on the faucet and no water was coming out. I went to check out the pump, electrical box etc... to try to determine what was wrong. I went on YouTube to to try to see what might cause this problem. I decided I thought it was the pressure switch. So I called a plumber from Acton & he said that he couldn’t come out that day as he had too many emergency calls already. So I looked up other plumbers & Age Mechanical was 1st on the list. I called and left a message. Within a few minutes Tim returned my call. He said he had a guy in my area and he’d send him over. Darick showed up about 15 mins after that. He looked at the pressure switch which was badly corroded and went out to his truck to get a new one. Within 20 mins we had water and he quickly wrote up the invoice and then he was off to his next rescue mission! Thank you so much for the great customer service!

Tim was amazing, just replaced our old toilet. He was very fast and left the area just as clean as it was before he started. We will definitely call Age the next time we have a plumbing issue. We highly recommend Age mechanical.

My main shut off valve to my house went from being a persistent drip to a leak that needed attention ASAP. I was kind of nervous to call someone I hadn't used before, but AGE was able to come by within a day and two friendly personable guys showed up on my porch. Because it was the main shut off, the town had to be called to turn the water off at the street and I had visions of this turning into a multi-day fiasco and since I detest house repairs, I was getting agitated just thinking about how big a deal it would be to fix. BUT, these guys knew the shortcut to getting the town on the phone and even stuck around until the town came to shut off the water at the street. 1.5 hrs later, I had NO leak and the whole issue was completely resolved! (and they called before they arrived, so I knew they were on their way). They fixed the broken valve and replaced the one next to it too because it was old (even though they didn't have to) and everything was cleaned up GREAT. Really glad I risked calling these guys (sorry, I forget your exact names). I'll definitely be bugging them again if I had anything else that needs attention down the road. Thanks SO much. You are a headache saver!

Today our church had a cross connection survey performed by Darick Burtt. He arrived 15 minutes early, was very pleasant, friendly and patient as our volunteers tried to find things that needed to be checked. He carried out his work in an efficient and timely manner and locked doors and turned out lights before he left. We will be sure to deal with your company again.

Fantastic service! Called Age Mechanical to ask how soon a plumber could stop by as we had no water and we are on a well/pump system. He said he had someone in our area, and within 15 mins he was here, diagnosed the problem... a corroded/broken pump pressure switch. He had the part in his truck and had it replaced within 20 mins! Had a catastrophic failure on water purification system at our rural home with water everywhere in the basement!
